ABOUT ME 

I am Heike Rose.

I believe
that the body naturally knows
how to return to stillness
when it is given space.

I have been incredibly fortunate
to live and learn in different parts of the world.
In Los Angeles, on Maui, Hawaii,
in Rishikesh, India, and in Tangier, Morocco.

Berlin has always been a place I returned to.
A base where everything I experienced along the way
gradually came together.

Each of these places carries its own language.
Through sound, movement, and connection.

I immersed myself
in forgiveness and inner peace,
in yoga and meditation,
in music, voice, and sound,
in touch and mindful practices.

Yet the most valuable realization was
that at our core, we are all connected.

And that we are held by something greater than ourselves,
even if we cannot always name it.

Perhaps this is what truly drives me:

to create a space
where we can meet each other openly.

Without fear.

Without judgment.

Because in the end,
it is love that connects us.

From all of this, Balance Beamer was born,
from which HOUSE OF PEACE is now growing in Bavaria.

A space for stillness
and for living connection.

For retreat and for coming together.
For you, and for the community.

At times quiet and grounded.
At times free, expressive, and alive.

No pressure.

Nothing you have to do.

Just a moment that belongs to you.
